Race Reimbursement

At the end of every year, Liquid Velo reimburses racers for a portion of the cost of their race entry fees. Currently, the amount we can reimburse depends on our annual budget and the total number of race days.

💡Pro tip: if you keep track of your races and entry fees during the race season, it’s much easier to complete the reimbursement form at the end of the year.

Exceptions:

  • We do not reimburse for Pacific Raceways (PR) or Seward; instead we buy punch cards for these races. Once we’ve set them up, you can find the current registration codes for PR in the #general-racing slack channel.

  • We do not reimburse for a second race at PR on the same day; that $10 is on you
